 The location is only 100 miles from my current home. I thought I was going to have to relocate much farther than this. The company is growing and has managed their growth very well so far. They serve the automotive filtration and aerospace filtration and air bag componentry markets.

 The chemistry with the people I met during the interview process was right. In this instance they were looking for a mature individual that would stay on the job and someone who had cost and manufacturing experience. I was a fit on the professional paperwork that you prepared for me, and to their glee I was a fit in person and in reality. It worked!
